The Rothfuss Best Gabion sales team has grown. With Kristina Fischer and Lea Zemkova, two great new employees are joining us, who are already a real asset to our company in their respective departments and will be especially so in the future.
Kristina Fischer has joined us as an experienced civil engineer and enriches the technical sales department with her know-how, where she advises and designs large gabion structures with her wealth of ideas and vision. From the first enquiry to the final execution, she is at our customers’ side with advice and support.
Lea Zemkova joined us as a freshly qualified trainee after her school education and is now passing through all the important departments in our company. In the process, she particularly shines with her bright nature and her high level of comprehension. She mastered the little 1×1 of the gabion world after just a few weeks and is already a real help when it comes to making offers and following up.
With our two new recruits, we not only strengthen our sales department in important areas, but also achieve a balanced gender ratio between female and male sales staff, from which we hope for a lively exchange and gains in the areas of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial openness.
