Great events are casting their shadows: a recently concluded new cooperation agreement that further strengthens the collaboration between Rothfuss Best Gabion GmbH & Co. KG and the world’s leading manufacturer of coated wires, Bekaert NV/SA, based in Zwevegem, Belgium, is already bearing fruit.
For example, the intensified cooperation enables us to conquer new markets for our products with the support of Bekaert’s global distribution network. As a first foray, we can mention the “Geotecnica” trade fair in the greater Sao Paulo area (Brazil), where the local sales partner “Belgo Geotech” is promoting parts of our product range on the Brazilian market. Spiral gabions under the name “easy S” and eyelet gabions under the well-known name “monotecR” are exhibited and promoted at the fair. The introduction of the two product lines to the Brazilian market is the result of several years of product and market research, including in Rothfuss Best Gabion’s home country, Germany. “The easy-to-assemble structure standardises the construction processes and thus also contributes to more productivity and sustainability in the works,” analyses Gelmo Chiari Costa, Manager of Belgo Geotech.
