Future-oriented: An apprenticeship at Rothfuss Best Gabion

The team at Rothfuss Best Gabion continues to grow: After introducing our two new sales staff last month, we now take a look at the production halls, where a motivated junior staff member has also recently joined us.

Dawid Szczybylo is completing an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator in our company. In addition to operating and inspecting our production facilities, this job also includes identifying potential malfunctions and any necessary maintenance work, including the replacement of wear parts. Providing auxiliary or raw materials for the production of our wire mesh is also part of the daily work in this area.

The basic requirements for training as a machine and plant operator are not only good observation skills, technical understanding and manual dexterity, but also the enjoyment of working on and with machines as well as great care, which must always be demonstrated, are part of the job profile.
