So because every crisis is also an opportunity, we at Rothfuss Best Gabion rely more than ever on the belief in our own strength and, despite the adverse circumstances of the worldwide COVID 19 pandemic, are expanding our machine park with a state-of-the-art grid welding system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 metres long, eight metres wide and 4.5 metres high – after another lattice-welding colossus had already been relocated from our former factory in Ronneburg to our headquarters in Wittlich at the end of 2018 (link<\/a>), the next giant moved into our halls between the Eifel and Moselle in mid-April this year. Many trucks were necessary to transport the new machine to Wittlich. A demanding undertaking – all the more so in times of closed borders, weeks of quarantine and strict exit restrictions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even the construction of the new fully automatic plant was not an easy undertaking. But here, our employees once again demonstrated their strong team spirit and know-how and erected the steel Goliath in no time at all before a delegation from the machine manufacturer was able to fine-tune the welding technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new machine, on which, among other things, our popular ROKO grids (link<\/a>) can be produced, is particularly characterised by its high output and great flexibility. With this expansion of our production capacity, we want to consolidate and further expand our position in the market and continue to supply gabion screens manufactured with the highest precision in first-class quality and in the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
